I know from personal experience what it is like to take the plunge into a new country. I lived and worked in France for over 14 years, plus an exciting time in Ireland.
I know the initial euphoria, but also the doubts, the cultural misunderstandings and the homesickness. I know what it’s like to get to a place where you want to give it all up.
But I have also had the invaluable experience of living abroad: personal growth, new skills, inspiring encounters and discovering how enriching cultural diversity can be.
Today, I accompany companies in Germany, France, Luxembourg and Belgium that operate across borders. I help them develop multicultural teams, integrate international professionals and successfully implement diversity strategies.
I also support expats, foreign professionals and cross-border commuters who need to find their feet in a new professional environment. My aim is to make their experience abroad as valuable as my own.
